My journey for the city and culture district is to find out how much waste we produce each year, what countries produce the most and how can we minimise our waste on Aurora 56Z.

How much waste do we produce each year?

In different countries more or less waste is produced. Like in Spain every household produces up to 600kg of waste each year. That is about 57,191,371 times 600kg! That's just in Spain. The U.S produces a quarter of the worlds waste, in 2012 the population was 314,785,000 people, each person produces 10,000 kg each year in the U.S, that's a lot of waste! In Sub-Sahara Africa almost 62,994,908,346 kg each year! The U.S is one of the countries in the world that produces the most waste in the world

508,023,454,400,000 kg is about how much waste we produce each year, and quarter of that was made be the U.S.

I have made a list of waste products that if we get rid of them waste will minimise massively;

• Plastic Bags-none at all

• Plastic bottles-only reusable ones

• Waste at Home-Every kilo gram they have to pay 10c

• Cars-only electric ones, or none at all

• Waste-only recyclable if possible

• NO littering or they get a fine

• Cans-Recycle only

• NO DUMPING RUBBISH IN THE OCEAN!!!!-It just makes more work for us curing sick sea animals

• Oil-use less

• Coal-use less

• Any other non-reusable energies-use less

• Burn Bodies-takes up less room, we need the room for the new people that are going to enter our planet soon

This website shows how much non-reusable waste we produce each second, if we go by the list I have written, those seconds will be turned into minutes than hours and possibly evan days and weeks. We will not destroy our next planet, play by the rules.

Because my team mate, Ari, was away I decided to do one of his questions for him;

What Stations or Waste Disposal Units need to be built?

• Home recycling-machines that recycles the everyday things, a truck comes to collect the things that they won't need or/and is to big to put in the machine.

• Food scraps-given to farms for feeding to the animals, a truck also will collect and deliver them.

• general waste-recycle if possible, small incinerations centres to get rid of all the waste that needs to be burnt.

The trucks will come once every week for food scraps every two weeks general waste and every three weeks for recycling. they will come to collect the rubbish and recycling on different days for the different areas.(The trucks will be eco friendly)

The next stage of my report is to build the things necessary (incinerations, recycing centres ext...) with the help of super tech computers and skills, we shall have a wonderful planet with the inventions and ideas from the city and culture district.

I have not finished designing my arc so I don't know all of the things I want to put in it

Minecraft

I have started building and designing our cities on Minecraft. I am building a recycling centre. I will apply pictures and the whereabouts shortly. Some other things the that we are building are entertainment centres, we are NOT making hot dog stands

I have made this because this recycling centre is for the area to recycle their recycling. There is one recycling centre in the city as well.
